Why are there two different packaging / scoops in LACTOGEN PRO 2?

Nestlé LACTOGEN PRO 2 now has a new scoop. It delivers approximately ~11.1g of powder per scoop, replacing the previous scoop which delivered ~4.7g. With the new scoop, you only need 3 scoops to prepare one feed, compared to 7 scoops with the old scoop. The total delivery of each feed remains the same.
