At Nestlé India, the safety and well-being of our consumers is our top priority. NAN PRO® undergoes over 1200 systematic quality checks. Additionally, we perform over 1000 periodic monitoring checks across the value chain. NAN PRO® meets all FSSAI and applicable rules and regulations, and the strictest quality standards in line with local and applicable global regulations. We want to reassure you of our unwavering focus on quality.
When will NAN PRO® be available again? Where can I buy NAN PRO® if it’s unavailable locally?
As parents, your baby’s safety and wellbeing are always your top priority – and ours too. After cereulide was detected in a few batches in Europe, we decided to take an extra precautionary step and thoroughly test our products, which are locally manufactured in India. During this period, you may have experienced some temporary availability issues, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We’re happy to share that NAN PRO® is once again available at pharmacies, supermarkets, baby stores, and trusted online platforms. Does NAN PRO® contain toxins like cereulide / harmful ingredients?

While presence of cereulide in oils is very uncommon, all batches of the oil ingredient are now systemically tested to confirm the absence of cereulide before being used in our products.
My baby had vomiting / loose motion – could it be because of NAN PRO®?
Gastrointestinal discomfort in babies can be due to many reasons. Please reach out to your paediatrician for appropriate medical advice.
