How to Prepare Nestlé CERELAC®

  1. Wash and dry your hands before preparing the baby’s food. Make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean.
  2. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool until lukewarm. Measure the quantity of water as mentioned below and pour it into the baby’s bowl.
  3. Add the number of scoops of Nestlé CERELAC® as mentioned in the table below.
  4. Stir until the cereal is smooth. Once the pap is mixed properly, hold for 2 minutes and feed immediately using a clean spoon. Discard the unused feed.

How much Nestlé CERELAC® is right for my baby?

Nestlé CERELAC® can be offered in quantities suitable for your baby's appetite and routine.

Recommended Feeding Quantity

  • CERELAC® 6 month to 12 months:
    Mix 33 g (4 level scoops) with 100 ml water
  • CERELAC® 12 to 24 months:
    Mix 50 g (6 level scoops) with 150 ml water
