How to prepare NESTLÉ CEREGROW™

  1. Wash and dry your hands before preparing your child's food.
  2. Ensure all utensils are thoroughly clean.
  3. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to become lukewarm.
  4. Pour 130 ml of lukewarm water into a bowl.
  5. Add 5 tablespoons (approximately 50 g) of NESTLÉ CEREGROW™ powder.
  6. Stir until smooth.
  7. Let it stand for 2 minutes and serve immediately with a clean spoon.

You can add your child's favourite cut fruits to make the bowl even more enjoyable.
